When a man with like Theo "T-Nice" Marcopoulos tells you to squat in an incredibly sexy French accent, you definitely say "HOW LOW?"
He's better known as T-Nice, a name given to him because he's just that- damn nice. As the "French Celebrity Trainer to the Stars" you can fine Theo training a slew of foreign celebrities- French rappers like BOOBA, Middle Eastern actors like Tamer Hosny, residents of Fisher Island- but don't hold him to just his personal trainer title.
This man holds three masters degrees and worked at one point as a trader in Switzerland, a stint that lead him to Miami to become the number one trainer for the David Barton Gym Miami brand, he claims.

What inspires you to get up every morning and train your clients?
I change lives. People come to me because they want to change their lives. They want to change their bodies, their habits. They want to have a better life, for any reason. Most of the time it's appearance. But some people train with me for work because you trust more easily people who look good than people who look like shit. I train a lot of celebrities from different countries; from France, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Switzerland, and I have a lot of people from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. All of these people come to me because they want to look better because they need it for something.


What were you doing before becoming a trainer? 
I used to be a professional fighter. I came to Miami at the beginning to chill and rest, but I saw so many people who looked like shit that I said, ok, I'm going to go back to being a trainer. When I arrived here I went to David Barton Gym. There was something like 250 trainers and I was number one for four months, not because I was the handsome one, just because I was there from 6am to 10pm, because I love what I'm doing.

Favorite cheat food: I love Dulce de leche ice cream from Haagen Dazs.

Favorite machine at the gym: I like everything. I'm nice.

Pet peeve at the gym: Lazy people. Oh, and the screamers! Oh my God, I hate the screamers. You know what is the screamers, right? It's the guys who are going to take 20 pounds off the floor- not me, I warm up with 60 pounds- and he's going to go 'Argh!' while he's lifting.

In your gym bag: My Macbook Air, my supplements, my water and food.

If you created a juice, what would it be called and what would be in it? The T-Nice Juice! It would be very, very, very, very, very, very sweet, and taste amazing, with 0 calories.

Favorite motivational phrase: I'm not going to do it for you
